At Cloudmadeez LLC, we’re committed to delivering real-world college and career guidance through the FastTrack Scholar platform. We understand circumstances change, and this refund policy outlines your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber.
Free Trial Policy
All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
- You can cancel during the trial to avoid any charges.
- After 14 days, your subscription is charged automatically unless canceled.
Refunds After Trial
After the 14-day trial, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions are based on your selected plan:

| Annual | ⚠️ Refunds considered within 30 days of charge. Refund amount equals the full annual fee minus one month of the standard non-discounted monthly rate. No refunds or exceptions after 30 days. |
| 3-Year | ⚠️ Refunds considered within 60 days of charge. Refund amount equals the full 3-year fee minus two months of the standard non-discounted monthly rate. No refunds or exceptions after 60 days. |
Content Access by Graduation Year
To provide relevant guidance:
- Sophomores do not see Junior or Senior content until eligible by grade level.
- Content unlocks automatically based on your selected graduation year.
- No refunds are issued based on phased content availability.
Plan Expiration and Billing Cutoff
- All subscriptions tied to a graduation year expire on June 15 of that year.
- The final billing date is May 15. Subscriptions will not be charged after this date.
- Even if billed on May 14, access continues through June 15.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We’ll work to resolve issues fairly.
Filing a chargeback without prior contact may lead to account suspension.
Group or School Accounts
School-based or group plan purchases may be subject to customized refund agreements. Refer to your institution’s terms or contact your representative.
Requesting a Refund
Email support@cloudmadeez.com with:
- Full name and email used at signup
- Date of purchase
- Graduation year and plan type
- Reason for your request
We typically respond within 3–5 business days.
