Trust, Privacy & Quick Answers

School-safe responses for common questions.

Do students need accounts?
( Answer)

No. Students can use the counselor share links and view resources without creating an account. An optional account may be offered only to save progress (if/when enabled).

What data do you collect?
( Answer)

Students can use the resource without entering personal information. We may collect basic technical data (like device/browser and security logs) to keep the site reliable and secure. If optional accounts are enabled, we only collect what’s needed to create and maintain the account.

Do you use cookies or tracking?
( Answer)

We use minimal cookies needed for basic site functionality and security. If analytics are used, they are intended for aggregate site performance/usage (not for selling student data). See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is there advertising or a sales pitch?
( Answer)

No ads and no sponsored content. This page is built for guidance counselors to share practical planning resources. Optional tools are planned for Fall 2026, but the counselor toolkit is designed to stay guidance-first (not an ad experience).

Is it FERPA-aligned?
( Answer)

It’s designed for school use using a data-minimization approach: students can access guidance without submitting education records (grades, transcripts, student ID). For formal review, refer to our Privacy Policy and related documentation.

Accessibility / captions?
( Answer)

We aim to make the site usable on modern devices (mobile-friendly) and include accessibility-minded practices where feasible. However, we can’t guarantee compatibility with every assistive technology or situation. If you encounter an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help and improve over time.

Who do I contact for support?
( Answer)

For questions, corrections, or help sharing resources, contact [support@yourdomain.com] (or your support form). Please include the page link and what you were trying to do.
